Today I woke up in Melbourne, PA 19082. I gathered all my belongings together, my usual backpack, full of super coffee and juicy along with
the postcard to promote the choir concert that’s coming up in mid January. I get a whole bunch of running around and didn’t get any breakfast.
I brought
a juicy with me on the way and caught the train after waiting about two minutes. After I’m getting off the train, I immediately
caught a 32 bus, which
was really really fortunate. I’ve been taking the Broad Street line, but that’s
kind of depressing especially a nice weather that we had this morning
. Anyhow, I got the Mike’s around 8:43 AM. Late, but it would’ve been much worse if I had eaten and
not caught the bus Train timely. Mike told me he had an 
appointment with the Medicaid lady talk about possibly switching home care providers
. That’s a whole Nother topic. Anyhow I did a couple errands then
came back and then I went to my massage therapist that Mary had
recommended. He’s a sports therapist. She’s actually done work on professional athletes. Fortunately
I got his old rate of $65 not 85 or $95. Anyway, he did a nice job. We realizing
dug into that area hard I think it’ll help. I’ll give it a couple days in a couple yoga
sessions, etc. I then went back to Mike’s after I brought up a
burrito over at Cordova and I needed that I hadn’t really eaten so it really hit the spot. I thought also
the protein would be good after an intense massage. Went back to Mike’s
talked a little more about the provider switch and then he had an appointment
at 1 PM while I decided to eat the sandwich and I floated out. I decided
to check out the band steel corners and check out some of the music
off this album and decided I would buy it. The one point I was listening to
it and making videos. It was like a real dream sequence for my head.
Felt really good. Also, somebody had some really dreamy perfume
so my head was in a nice place all dreamy. And then realized there’s no reason to
go back to Mike’s because I have an appointment at 2 PM. That’s
where I’m going to go now. I stopped by a coffee shop for a minute to get a pitstop
and write this up. Got back to Mike’s and we talked for a little while,
and I started suiting up and getting my stuff together for Yoga and to bring to
Mary’s for the Christmas holiday. Believe or not Christmas
is one week away which really just dawned on me today. It’s now 3:56 PMtoday. Mary
and I are going to the 530 class 5:30 PM class with Dan. After
that we go to Yin. The clouds have really gathered since this morning, but has
not rained to drop as of now. In news outside my dream sequence, the
Supreme Court will decide if law that could force a U.S. ban on TikTok violates First Amendment. I think
this will be an interesting case of whether the conservative
court believes in free speech or big government conservatism. Well dance five 3075 minute class
was good. It was humid, but it wasn’t horribly hot. I did better in some poses 
and others. I was definitely trying to be careful with my hamstring that just
got massaged earlier today. I didn’t want to overdo stuff. Afterwards
took a quick shower got some more water and went to the end class with Linda. As usual was very relaxing and
enjoyable. I did struggle with my mind and body a little bit, but by the end I feltmuch better. We
then walked home with Linda and she’s gonna drop off the blankets for the starter
meditation practice. Next week got back to Mary’s and called the Royal Indian
and the guy I went to seem to be kind of confused
so it’s now 9:17 PM pick up my time to pick up my order. We’ll see what happens? Well, they got my order completely right except
they didn’t make my order spicy, but I’ll live with that. I also grabbed two diet iced teas as well.
