Thursday, December 19: Typically Thursday 🥱

I awoke in Center City today and it was pretty cold not frigid but pretty cold. I walked to Mike’s grabbed a coffee on the way there and had a 


fairly quiet morning. Mike had 2 visitor/ today. First and Nurse came for the introductory meeting. She is the
one who’s a little bit firm and make 

comments about Mike’s place once. Next a young woman came.who is an occupational therapist who  did a lot of questions but did no therapy really.

 They hire a lot of young people she had to be 30 years old tops. I guess everyone looks 30 when you’re heading towards mid 60s. I’m not there yet but I’m heading there

 of course I hope to head there you know. It’s 1:18 PM and it’s about as warm as it’s gonna get today. It’s gonna start getting 

frigid tomorrow night and all weekend long till next Tuesday we’re gonna hit the 20s and shit that’s not gonna be too much fun. It’s been a 

pretty quiet day so far and I’m not quite as exhausted as I felt this morning, but I did not sleep that well last night. anyhow, 

well I got through the rest of the workday and I’m heading to 4 o’clock class being taught by Evan today. The Yoga schedule definitely be different in 
the next few days. I took a couple minute quickie nap, and I also had air dried my yoga towel 

and shorts outside and it worked very well. Nobody managed to steal them. So I went to class

 today and Evan was teaching you. It was a good class. It wasn’t too hot at all. My balance 

was a little better today. I come back and they’re playing R.E.M. from automatic for the people and I just listening to you now they’re

 playing David Bowie “ is there a Life On Mars?. It’s 5:39 PM. I saw Jessica Myers. She’s 

teaching Pilates today. She’s also teaching at 9 AM class tomorrow. 

anyhow, Mary and I left the studio in. We walked up to 20th and Sansom and I 
headed off to 20th and JFK. I got to the stop in time since the bus was running early and it blew right by me, but fortunately there’s a big old red light and I ran down the 20th and arch and caught the bus. The bus driver told me they’re not stopping at that stop anymore due to construction.
