This morning I actually slept in. This is because Mike’s in the rehab
and Bob wasn’t ready for me to see him yet till about 1 o’clock so I hung out at home talked to Pat for a bit and then left
my apartment around 11:45 AM.
Went to Mike’s rehab place. Deliver him a couple items that he needed and hung out with Mike and talk to him
for a while. Bob then came over
at around 1:30 PM. Once Bob picked me up. He was hungry went to a place called Spic-y. It was very good. It was nice and Cherry Street or 10th and Cherry Street one of those. It was very good. I had vegetable fried rice and I’m a definitely take Mary there sometime. It’s very nice
clean and Service was really quick. After we left there, we went to the storage unit at Allegheny Avenue in North Philadelphia. It
was a big old place in the middle of the
hood. Bob has 2️⃣ storage units he shares with Lisa. He wants to clear all the items in one unit to another unit and everything else he’s giving away or bring to a furniture place
that takes used furniture donations. After we left Northville, I thought I might try to make yoga, but that was impossible since I was getting pop keys and setting them up for the
evening. He’ll be staying here two or three nights. We decided we would go down to Philadelphia for the evening. It’s now 6:27 PM. It’s now 7:20 PM and Bob and I walked to McGlinchey’s.
Believe it or not they still allow smoking in there. It didn’t seem too bad
but after Bob had his one beer and I finished off the diet Pepsi we had
to leave and I smell like smoke. I haven’t smell like this and well over 12 years
so I don’t know maybe I’ll go to a store and get some Febreze
and shit but it was very interesting. I managed to charge my phone at a little mini
charging station they had there so that was good. We then went
to Dirty Frank’s went to this writers block rehab place and it was a cocktail bar.
I’ve never been to a cocktail bar. It was interesting. Bob couldn’t they
didn’t have any tap beer so Bob and I left and went to dirty Frank’s and no smoking
in here. It’s still dirty Frank’s, but it’s a little bit cleaner cleaned
up in herebut the bathroom still the same so there’s that what a trippy day this has been.
Anyway, we went down Samson Street because Bob wanted
to stop at a place before freezing his ass on the market Frankford line. It’s 9:24 PM. I’m
definitely ready to pack it in but it’s been a trippy experience like I said before. I took a
lot of video and a lot of pictures because today was an extraordinary day for me because it was
completely different and random. I like it I like doing stuff like that but I also do like my
routines. It makes me appreciate my routine more when I
do something completely different and somewhat random. I was just adjusting to The
situation around me such as Mike being laid up in Rehab and Bob
visiting and needing some help with furniture, etc. etc. I also forgot to mention
that it was the coldest day that I’ve experienced since last winter. It might’ve
been the coldest day in couple years cause the last time it was this cold I was
in Costa Rica in Januaryso this was a quite a shocker of cold, 🥶 but
I had 5️⃣ layers on, so I was ready to go. So tomorrow I go to Mike’s pie
around 8:45 AM. See if we can call the bank and then Bob will stop by between 930 and 10 AM and then loop shit around
and then I
intend to go to yoga. It’s gonna be cold as hell tomorrow as well so time march is on. December is really coming on strong for sure. Here’s a five minute video of the whole activity.
