Thursday, December 12: Mike Home. Yoga

Today I woke up at the Dorchester got up and Adam, since I am logged into work for the first time since I went to California several weeks ago.

Anyhow, I went to the little store nearby and bought myself two bananas for a quick breakfast and headed on down to Mike’s to do final prep and cleanup

before he’s checked out of the Rehab, which will happen around 2 PM today. Mary came over and helped out with cleaning the wires helping me put the comforter cover on the comforter

which is a pain in the ass. Feed and clean the wires to Mike’s computer which were very sticky and shit. She had to leave due to doctors appointment

and I continued on with Cleaning the area with all the paper in front of course whole shit ton of mouse poop behind this thing that I forgot
 to clean earlier

. I threw out a lot of stuff that really wasn’t needed and I put some of the paperworkinside a tub which was holding his medical equipment. Mike

called me and he’s getting out earlier than two so it’s now 135. I just arrived at the rehab place. They gave me his discharge papers. Hopefully he’ll get

his home services next week. I think Mary and I did a pretty good job on the place. Anyhow, I unpacked his clothes and put the laundry back. Mike

thought of a good idea using filing cabinet as a table. I think it works because it’ll keep him from falling out out of the bed plus he can put medication

in the drawers and I’ll have plenty of surface space so it works. It’s now 3:43 PM and I’m just leaving. I signed out. I managed

to remember to do that so heading to Yoga in the cool weather. I got to class in time and changed upstairs
for a downstairs class. I realized

I had to rent another tax cause I never did wash my previous yoga outfit. I also
quickly put some soap in my yoga pants so they wouldn’t smell. Class was good. I like Miah‘s classes. She’s very encouraging and likes

to teach. She takes time out to instruct in between some poses. Anyhow, afterwards, Mary and I walked back to her place and talked for a little

bit and relaxed. We also watch clips from the 1961 version of West side story. Dancing was pretty cool and they use the words

like “Daddy-o.“ They’re also was a 2021 version as well.I didn’t caught the 49 bus which was running eight minutes late. It showed up around 7:50 PM. I am heading to

CODA on Fairmont Avenue. The bus is running late because it was really cold 🥶 outside. But I did get here with about 12 minutes to spare so I got myself a little

snack. Read it has no self service because “they lost $10 million in the last year“ According to the employee I met there. Everybody’s siding shoplifting a lot more than they used to
