Sunday December 8: Cleaning, Mom and Yin

Hi! This morning I got up at the Dorchester around 8:30 AM. Had breakfast with Mary and we talked about different things such as 
visiting Newberry Yoga down in Florida January or February. We’re definitely leaning towards February. It looks like they’re getting closer to opening. They have a website and There’s mentions on Instagram 
and Facebook. Would be very interesting to visit for sure. I then dropped off Mary shoes heading over to church. I got really lucky. I caught the trolley as it was approaching and I caught

 the market Frankfurt line as it was approaching. I was checking 

my email around 10 AM andfound out that the woman I hired to clean. 



My place is arriving as we speak. Holy crap so far she hasn’t told me 

she’s arrived yet so when she does, I’ll just tell her to wait a minute it’s now 10:15 AM. Well, 

ANNETTE had to wait about three minutes between the time she

 called me and the time I arrived. She cleaned up the place and I was able to catch 

an 11:30 AM bus towards my mom‘s. I also ordered cleaning 



supplies for For Mike while I was on the bus, I talked to Donna and she said that target sells nice pillows. Well, I took the 1130 bus and that went smoothly and then I went over to Wawa 


somewhere along the way I lost my hat. So it’s the first Lost hat of the season. I think I 
go to through two or three of every 

winter.Anyhow, mom and I took a short walk and on the property and enjoyed it. It was sunny and it wasn’t nearly as cold as it had been for the last few weeks. After

 we sat and talked for a little bit, we came back talked a little bit more and then I 

dropped her off. The Eagles game was just beginning as I was leaving 

the premises. I then had to wait about 25 to 30 minutes for the return 111 bus. In the meantime I went
 back to the Wawa to see if the hat was there. 

It wasn’t so I charged my phone and then jumped on the bus. I almost missed the bus being inside the Wawa. anyway, I heard from Larry Neussbaum. We finally 

made arrangements to meet each other after bouncing back-and-forth for seemingly several weeks. It’s now 2:50 PM and I am going to Fabio‘s which I just did and

 got him three T-shirts and one and a pair of underwear one 4X and one 3X. Next stop is back to his apartment to pick up his suspenders and a couple other things and 

then drop off the crap at his Rehab and then walk a block to South Street and run into Larry. Play Raymond to Larry and he is hanging out with this funky dude


actually saved my seat while Larry was waiting for me. I caught the last eight minutes of the Eagles game against the Panthers. That ending was very suspenseful. The Panthers 
almost won the game at the end, but the guy 
Juggled the ball right at the end zone and it was an incomplete pass. That happened with 43 seconds left in the game. The Eagles ended up winning 22–16. Mary and I 

had fun then we left and Larry had to go home. I end up going to Mike’s and doing a little bit of cleaning and

charging my phone. And then headed to the studio for the 6 PM yin/Reiki class. That class

 is very very relaxing. I enjoyed it very much Mary and I then went to target and looked at 

what kind of lamps they had. They had
 no tables available. They did however, have a pillow And we bought one of those and a pillow covering. Mary and I then parted ways and I went back to Mike’s to 

bring the pillow to his place. I almost I did leave my thermos at target side to walkback to target unfortunately it was there. I then 

came home and got acquainted with Bob who washalf asleep when I got home. Tomorrow is cleaning the apartment and maybe putting the bed down but I’m not sure about that. Bob isn’t coming over tomorrow so probably no bed tomorrow.
