Saturday, December 27: Sleeping In, Breakfast & Yoga

Good day everybody. With the holiday Saturday crept up on me pretty fast, but it was good. It was good because I slept in till almost 1 PM. Mary


got a massage with Nick and I went back to sleep eventually. Both of us when she got back, both of us went to sleep back to sleep. She started cooking up the bacon and eggs. I went to fetch the coffee. 

Well, that coffee ☕️ At the café was really good. I brought it back and we had a nice scrumptious breakfast of bacon eggs and toast and then we just sat and relaxed before

we went off to Mia’ yoga class. That was nice. It was pretty cold and frosty out. Went to Miah‘s class and I sat up in the very front left and I noticed that I could not put my elbows up at all. I just put them

sideways and I think I now have wings scapula on my left shoulder now. But it was a little disheartening but as long as I’m not in engrave, Pain and I can sleep the night I’m not gonna let it bother me, but I 

need to eat. And relax it makes a class harder, especially the first two poses. We then went to CVS and got some goodies half of them. We had to request someone to fetch it for us. Now we’re gonna have some 

nice bowls and avocado.

Saturday: THIS IS SPRING!!!

 Hello!! How are you?? Glad it's a fine day out!! I decided not to go downtown for the men's meeting. I met Pat for coffee at Earth Cup instead since I was feeling mellow.

After going to the Earth Cup, Pat and I walked his two dogs. It was a nice time and the sun was shining!! My friend in Baltimore call during our walk. She moved out from under that FREAK she was staying with. The verbal religious B.S she endured this week was the last straw! I helped with the Sansom Street cleanup on my block. I prepared pasta with red clam sauce for the potluck that is across the street.

I wanted t go to the Barain park cleanup after I had lunch with the neighbors but I had such a nice time with the folks at my neighbors house. For the fist time in long time, I wanted to be a homeowner.

The potluck was delicious. The folks were cool and easygoing. I think get involved w the neighbors. I learned that Jon Voigt is the father of Angelina Jolie and they have been estranged for 10 years. Mr. Voigt has been into crazy caused before he became a red-meat Republican. He was into protecting Pygmy's and then Ultra-Orthodox Jews.
