Today we got up and headed on down to the studio by 11 AM or 11 AM class with Lauren. That was a pretty hard class and I noticed
my lower part of my lower back was pretty stiff and sore so I really couldn’t do cover at all. Looks like I’ll have to make an appointment With the massage therapist. Anyway, afterwards, we got
a smoothie Metropolitan diner and it was good and came back and went to the class. There were some really good questions and
the clinic was very enjoyable week that some nice people, etc. etc. afterwards Mary and I got into discussion politics with Chris and it was pretty friendly but intense
at the same time.We then went back to Mary’s and we crash for about an hour and then order some Indian food, which was really good
we watched them mad men, and then Stephen Colbert, which was pretty funny. I watched Stephen Colbert
in a while. He still using his wit to display the absurdity of what we’re dealing with the federal government and the Trump people. Well, tonight is supposed to be ice and stuff outside. It was pretty wet out there when I last went outside to get the Indian food. Tomorrow plan to go to mom’s Mimi and Becky visited last yesterday and haven’t heard how that went but I guess I will if I meet Dave tomorrow.
