I woke up after a decent night sleep, I gotta put my normal time at 7:15 AM. I saw Pat for two seconds use once again returning
back to 
work. I caught the train with no incident and headed to Mike’s. I got the Mike about 8:45 AM and got a few things done and then I had
a dentist appointment at 11 AM. It was postponed
from I think two weeks ago and I had an appointment with Mike or last week. Anyway, I went to the appointment got
the cleaning done and it was covered this time so I didn’t have to h
pay the 90 bucks +20 for fluoride. I just paid for the fluoride which
of course is for some freereason I skipped cancer screening. I’ll do it next time. Anyhow, 
that went well and then I hung out in Center city and took my time back mike’s and
have myself some lunch. Why I had my lunch 
looked a little bit of TikTok and share some stuff with Mike. I went to my hair appointment. It was pretty casual, but we’re gonna delve into relationships past which should
take up the rest of the year 
I’m sure. Anyway, the drizzle has stopped as of now it’s 3 PM and I’m gonna probably go to Mary’s and
then go To the 5:30 PM, 75 minute 
class and then Yin Yoga. Well, it’s 4:11 PM. The rain stopped. It’s cool and a bit
humid. It should’ve in between not needing a coat and needing a coat. 
Looks like citadel is a little more on it with getting Mike a substitute and hopefully
they’ll be able to get somebody
unlike the last time. Ended up making it to the 5:30 PM class after I went to
Mary’s and hung out for a little bit. It was a very hot class because the weather was pretty humid.
The humidity really affects the hot room. After class I quickly showering is super cold showering got
ready to go to Ian, which started 15 minutes afterthe other class ended. That class was pretty cool. We then went back to Mary‘s after, talking with Amy and Linda on the way back to Mary’s. We ended up watching clips of men and I got really tired and I took Uber home.
