Thursday, February 20: 🧊Cold! Felon King🤮

I woke up this morning. Had to stay up a little bit past my bedtime. I felt OK had cereal went to Mike’s. The Medicaid lady visited and then he had his therapy 

appointment. I then went out talked on the phone. It’s now 12:04 PM somebody’s aiming to visit him really soon.This is the dining of the age of nefarious! It certainly 

isn’t the age of Aquarius. It’s the flipside at this point. Trump put something up that he’s king after he thinks he can stop congestion pricing at New in New York City. Anyhow, the 

nurse came over and Mike went over all his things with the nurse. Mike’s not feeling so great today. Mike has an appointment tomorrow and we have to pick

 up a CPAP machine so I decided to schedule blood test appointment at the same building that Mike’s

 been seen so I could kill two birds with one stone.I did confirm 

my colonoscopy for March 20. The instructions are on the Penn app. It’s 

getting close to 330 so I have to get ready to get out to the 4 o’clock appointment for this cold weather

 is getting old really old. The Senate approved Kash Patel for director of the FBI! That is really bad news. He’s a complete freak and revenge minded Trump lackey. This is bad news really bad news. Well, when I left Mike’s to head to Yoga, there was snow

 flurries going here. Hard to believe but not really it is cold outside. One went to the 4 o’clock class that was taught by Rob. It was a 
good class and the room wasn’t super hot. I was next to Linda and Mary was nearby. Afterwards, Mary and I and Evan talked for a little
bit about

 the 30 day challenge. We talked about colonoscopy and then Maryann and I decided I needed to do my clothes because they smell like Mike’s Apartment so we did a quick job of getting

 the clothes clean along with some yoga clothes as well they were smelling like Mike’s Apartment big time. I just didn’t like it so anyhow it’s now 7:51 PM. I really should be catching the bus 
for CODA but apparently I think I might just have to take an Uber to make 

it to the meeting anywhere near on time. What Saturday I wouldn’t go to the meeting and we watched two episodes of Law and order at Indian. It was very relaxing.

Thursday, July 18: Cooler Quiet Day

This morning I woke up after not getting enough sleep 

and slept an extra half hour in and skipped eating cereal and just had some nutrition bars. I did manage to remember to bring Mike’s bags and my certificate from the Yin yoga teaching class that Mary and I went to. Today was not nearly as boiling hottest the last few days which is a good thing. I tried to put my sweatshirt on.When I got the mic, I realized where I put the long tiling shirt. I think I lost the stickers, but I at least

 have the shirt I quickly put that in my backpack  or throat came in to check on the swallowing and some lady from University of Penn came by with some batteries for the scale

 that he’s using for pant to monitor his weight. She also gave us an extra supply of batteries for the next time it runs out of batteries. I wasn’t in the mood to really do that much . Yeah I decided I’d go outside and just get some air 

nurses what  Asian woman speeding up and down the sidewalk with a scooter and I told her twice just go in the street but she won’t 
listen Mike’s Mom’s Meals came in and 

it’s now 2:13 PM it’s just really slow day Mary’s going toher massage person and she may not make it to Yoga. I’m gonna try to side whether I go to the 4 PM or the 5:30 PM class but 
I’ll probably go to the 4 o’clock class. Well, I just ordered from Amazon because I got paid early today and that gave me a little breathing room. So I bought some 

yogurts and juices but they don’t sell. Oh I’m so sorry they don’t sell Gatorade anymore. They’ve been sold out for at least a month what the fuck is that anyway time to go to class!! Class was decent. It was a 4 o’clock class and Rob taught it and it was warm, but not ridiculously stifling. Well too famous people died. Lou Dobbs died good riddance!! Also, Bob Newhart died at the rip old age of 94. He was very funny. He was a good man too. Unlike Lou Dobbs, who sold his soul to the MAGA🤮 anyhow, after I de-sweated, I took the bus and then headed to the grocery store and got more ice tea. Today was a lot less disgustingly hot and I’m just gonna have an early evening and get more sleep. I looked up 2021 because I said what the heck three years ago. Today in 2021 ✅

Saturday, May 12: Oink 4 Freedom!!!🤠

Well I started my morning by waking up around 7:30 AM because I woke up 

 ungry. This seems to be a theme since I quit the sugary drinks. Anyhow, I laid back down and went 

back to sleep had to really intense dreams each time I went back to sleep and finally rested 

 yself up around 9:45 AM I went over to Larry’s to pay for my Eagles preseason tickets. That reminds me  I have to take time off in August to go to Vermont. I decided I was in the mood to text people I haven’t texted

 you in a while for whatever reason. Some are OK Cupid some or not. 

 he only one to respond was a woman who supposedly lives in Montana

 and wants me to pay half for plane fare OK then. Anyhow I going to meet up with my friend Donna and her boyfriend Charlie and

 do the tourist walk around Philly. The rain supposed to hold off until later this evening. 
 o I decided to hang out in old city while I was waiting for them. It’s a great place to people watch. I’m at the Independence Mall area of Philadelphia. I decided to hit the Cosi and their coffee tastes 

 trange but I mixed it with my Saxbys Coffee so it’s a lot better. I have great news Amy said I could come over and visit so I’m gonna was go visit her at seven. I’m also
 waiting to see if I can go to my brothers house for breakfast for Mother’s Day. Well Donna and Charlie are going to meet me here at CosThey already showed up and they weren’t serving breakfast so  we’re just going to 

 get coffee and run out here and do the tourist thing now. Well we went to the 
 Betsy Ross House and Christchurch. We 



 id the old city tour. The Liberty Bell had a long line in it and we were hungry but we survived. I picked out national mechanics because I was

 he mood for that in Chinese or sushi. We had a good time and the national mechanics is always there safe standby because they have all kinds of stuff there have to went there we decided that we would walk back towards Jefferson Station



 and they would head to the train I would head home to change and take a short nap. Well I took a short nap

 and that was pretty good but I ran a little late because I couldn’t find my keys but they’re in my coat the whole time. About this time I noticed that I couldn’t add pictures very 



 asy because the phone wouldn’t respond to my tapping of the picture I wanted. 

 t was a very strange. So I deleted the BlogTouch Pro app and then add it on again. I don’t know what the

 hell was wrong but now I don’t have this thing called moments any longer.

Well apparently the The trains running a little late but at least it’s not raining. I’ll be heading home on her pretty soon. It’s chilly but it’s not windy or raining so. Anyway I saw young Frankenstein which was excellent. I really enjoyed my time eating a turkey sandwich and hanging out with my good friend.
