Sunday, January 28: Rittenhouse Square . and“ Together” Choir Concert

I woke up this morning not having slept that smoothly. I had a 

dream. I had a DUI and had to ask for help to pass some kind of essay test that I had to turn in that it didn’t start. To top it off I woke

 up. My neck was totally wrenched. Mary helped with a massage and a 

heating pad. We also turned the mattress around. I was running late today 

set up time for the choir concert which I was dtold was was 1230 or 1 PM. Not

 sure but I showed up and there were still this other choir seeing at 

the church at 2110 Chestnut St. It’s now 1:25 PM. I’m just enjoying coffee 

 that Mary made and I’m sipping on it and catching up on my blogging.it’s another

 pretty church with little modern extras. We rehearsed w/ the h The other 

groups, Philly, gay man, scores, and afeminist singing group 

called Anna crusis. It’s 3:45pm and Kansas City is leading 

Baltimore 14-7 in the 2nd quarter. We are on break while the 

Philadelphia Gay Men’s Choir is singing. 🎶 after they finish singing, we all went up and 



sang together. We are family, what a wonderful world and a few songs 

from our previous concert. It went pretty well I must say. And then went back to the dressing room. Got the rest of 

my my jacket and then met Mary. She made a new friend while in the audience and we decided we wanted something to eat. I was starving we heard of, Mary Sue told me about a place  
called Goldies and I’ve never heard of but apparently when I looked it up they place all over Philly. It’s a really good falafel sandwich place. Boy was that sandwich good Mary Sue was waiting 

for the bus to show up which takes up the Rocksborough area and Mary and I went back at her place , we then went to a meeting there after which was pretty good. After the meeting

 we went back to place talked and hung out for a little bit and then I headed back to good old Melbourne where I unpacked my stuff decided on approximate dates from Florida and confirmed the yen weekend from the 5th to 7th April 

which basically goes from Friday afternoon all the way through Sunday early evening. I have to leave work early  for the training on that day. I have formally signed
up but I plan on it. I also decided on when 
approximately. I’m going to visit Larry. Since I’m not visiting Alice, I’m gonna go visit Larry. So that’s the last week of Of February into March. I have to start looking up airfares.. 

Monday, February 27: Sunny w/ 2 Hot Yoga Classes

I got up this morning 7:28 AM and that was Jesus was good for me. I ate 

breakfast and decided to take too many naps and that was good because I 

was still able to make the 730 train 7:30 AM train that is. I brought my backpack full of yoga gear 

and headed over to Mike’s and made it right on time at 8 AM. That was good. After that Mike and I talked a lot and then I ate lunch and carried out the trash
now I’m going to doing an hour and that as of 12:45 PM and I’m gonna talk on the phone really soon and stuff. A LONE Texas federal judge could by this Friday ban the use of the abortion pill due to conservatives. It’s just so crazy how this could happen. 

Not sure if there will be any recourse for abortion-rights advocates. The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on Biden’s student loan forgiveness program. I’m one

 of the millions of Americans affected by this. Republicans don’t want anything

 that’s good for America just to be spiteful and that’s why they took it to court

 because they can also they are assholes. Anyhow, I got back to Mike’s

 after going to CVS getting toilet paper and other things. The clouds of swept over. It’s going to be raining by 7 o’clock. Of course I’m going to my yoga class. I didn’t go yesterday because there’s 

just too much going on I just can’t fit it all in and I got applications

 and stuff. Anyway, it is good to take a day off every so often. Anyhow, after this, I go to the MONDAY Night 

Beginners meeting and then go home. Eat talk on the phone. Yeah usual routine brothers and sisters sisters. Well, I decided to attend to yoga classes after 

the 75 minute I felt pretty strong because the room was not super humid and I wanted to catch up on my 30 day challenge. I got though the 90 minute yoga 

class in decent shape. I was pleased with myself. When I left the studio, 
there was a very cold 🥶 drizzle that made my hands very cold by the time I got home around 8 pm. Carson  Wentz was released by the Washington Commanders. I think his
career is finished!! what ended up 

my day on the phone and eating some food that was very delicious. I like to eat the food. It’s very good for me anyhow yes I do have the card

Saturday, May 18: A Surprise Trip to New York City

I woke up today after not getting a whole lot of sleep or not enough sleep. 

 ood friend of mine‘s daughter didn’t feel like going to New York 
 so I was invited to tagalong. She took the train from Harrisburg to Philly and then both of us went to the mega bus with a 2 PM bus  left right on time. The bus

 driver is very aggressive. She honked more times than I ever seen bus driver honk. Anyhow the trip went pretty smoothly until we got near the Holland Tunnel. Some 
mouth breather apparently cut off the bus and held us up for 15 minutes to take down the 

 us drivers number. Anyway, I wrote a statement that I didn’t see yet but I heard it and I took videos. I am did up bringing my charger but leaving my charger cord on the bus fortunately my friend had a cord so I’m able to take pictures of Manhattan and 

 hat not. We’re going to a concert later on and will be back in Philly at 

 idnight. It is now 4:53 PM in Hudson yards Manhattan. Well we wondering around Manhattan and got a little nipple to eat for 

 verpriced amounts but we had a good time checking out the people 

 nd all that good stuff. We did run into David Sancious. He’s playing in a band 

that we’re seeing called Moshulu  My friend Diana was extremely excited 
 ecause she was or she is a big fan of his. He was really down to earth and really nice guy. This ought be fun it’s a really cozy little club. We’re seeing this band at the 

Iridium Jazz Club. I’ve been here twice back in 2005 and 2011 to see Les Paul. Well the concert was really very good. We saw musicians that were completely  talented and grooved. This place makes you order food. That ain’t cheap but we split it and it was OK. We then left and realized we had to catch the 10 o’clock Megabus. 

 When we first looked at it. Then we realized we were going
 to miss it and we were looking at options such as the Chinatown bus and a mega bus . Everything  that was available was sold out.
 

We decided to go to the Port Authority bus terminal in the last minute and the guy let us have it together 
but said everything was sold out to 6:45 AM. 

 e decided to go t Port Authority Bus Terminal.  So now anywaywe try to get it out the guy look at the time most the time there’s really anal. Those are relieved 

 pent the last the 32 dollars that I had and away we went. The 

 us ride went smoothly. We went to my place and crashed. Today I felt it was a bunch of close calls that could’ve caused it to be a complete shit 
 how like me being broke and  aving to stay overnight New York etc. It was a good day I did struggle to just stay out of myself. I felt myself 

struggling with my exhaustion/oppression. Someone around me 

 o balance very helpful. I like New York but I wouldn’t want to live there broker drinks that I love so much.
