Monday, November 3: Ridiculous! Mike’s eye appointment in West Philly, Dentest, and Yoga

This morning I woke up after a decent night of sleep or I went to bed between 10:15 PM to 10:30 PM. I dreamt my ass off about weird stuff 

that I can’t really remember. I think got up around 7:30 AM and got myself ready and got a bunch of food stuff ready to drag to Mike’s. I tried to order at Mike’s and I wasn’t there in time this week. Looks 

like the kind of week that getting an order and being at Mike’s at the right time might be difficult so I dragged a whole bunch of stuff on the train and got to Mike’s around 8:50 AM. Mike had some

complaints about the guy who comes on the weekends. He ran Ted about me and complained about that and acted strange. He might’ve even stolen one of Mike’s OxyContin, but he’s not exactly sure. 

Anyhow, we got Mike to get ready and we took the Uber out to the Shea Eye Institute. Each you expected to get there at 9:45 AM for a 10 AM appointment. They finally saw Mike in the back at 10:53 AM. 

That place at one point was packed people waiting in line. All the people were 60 and a who went to this appointment. Lotta cataracts I guess. Anyhow, I then Walk to 40th St. and caught the market Frankford 

line at 40th and market. That was about a 2 1/2 block walk. Blocks are a bit long up that way. I saw one guy jumped to turnstiles like a big loser. Told the guy in the ticket booth and he just acknowledged me 

and that was about it. Anyway, I decided to get some rip off pizza at 16th St. near Chestnut. You know Joe’s Pizza I never go here cause it’s a rip 

off, but it was the quickest meal I could get that was easy to eat before the dentist appointment. I might be getting fluoride so I just wanted 

to eat while I could. Well, everything checked out at the dentist office. I did ask them about the $109.40 that I got billed online for their new 

computer system. They say they’re going to look at it. I then left the dentist office and decided I had to walk to Mike’s because I had 8% left on my battery when I got to Mike’s I threw out the bags from the 

Amazon deliveries he got and charged up my phone to about 26% it’s it’s now 1 PM. I’m gonna catch the train at Broad and lumbar and take it 

north to City Hall and then take the train to 40th St. and see where Mike’s progress is. I must’ve just missed one cause I think I waited here. 

The Market Frankford station for freaking 10 minutes. They did make some minor sign changes in the train station is now 1:19 PM. Mary at this time‘s 

getting a massage done so that’s good for her. The train eventually didn’t come and I got up at 40 Street around 1:26 PM. Still cloudy but it’s not raining which is a damn good thing considering

all the walking around I’m doing. To the hospital, Michael was waiting. He had been there for about an hour.. They’re gonna have two operations 

of one on each side. And they’re gonna call him when we’re ready to see him. P.m. we just got picked up by the Uber. 

Well, we got home and Mike made it in and we were settling in. I gotta get some drugs for him at the ready-made pharmacy the independent pharmacy that is. Just heard the news that the Trump administration 

is going to release SNAP for November but only half the amount for all the recipients. They’re saying it’s gonna take more than a week to get the benefits out according to this news article that I read from NPR. hi, I just 

picked up the Pharmacy stuff at the Health on South pharmacy which is an alternative pharmacy on South Street. It’s a funky little street with all kinds of stores, restaurants, and massage places. It is a 

knickknack of stuff here now I can notice the sun definitely lower by an hour how about that. Anyway, next stop is a CVS. Well, I went to the CVS and Mike and I each had one script. I had the Reva statin. I got 

some kind of drug and then I got back to Mike’s and lo and behold us 3:34 PM is trying to pack my stuff. My Gatorade isn’t as cold as usual because Mike 

had unplugged his refrigerator but it’s cold enough for a hot class. I signed up for class. It’s 3:50 PM. I’m just about to climb up the steps to the studio. Well, I went to the 4 o’clock class and then that room 

was hot today! So well attended class and a good class as well. Mary and I hung out at the studio for a while to rest up and socialize

a little bit. Period we then went back to her place. Talked about going to New York the weekend before Thanksgiving. So that’s I think we’re gonna do that for each other and we’re gonna 

give ourselves cards birthday cards. I’ve been went to the MONDAY Night Beginners and oh my God I first got really tired like I could’ve just lied down that couch and passed out. And then I got very hungry. It was hard to pay attention, but I did turn in the tokens and I’m gonna have to order more because they’re out of 3️⃣ month coins and they’re running low on others. Oh, I can’t wait to eat those samosas Yum Yum.

Thursday, March 23: Still Fighting Illness & Exhausted

Well,  good morning to the world it’s tired. I am with you and I understand. I got up @  7:23 AM. Next I hit the snooze and Upper and next thing you know if it was 7:45 AM. I proceeded to eat my breakfast 
and decided I wouldn’t go to yoga and I do need to get more sleep. I 

did sleep very well. Had a dream about being a congressman and

 then I was doing Evel Knievel stunts on a ♿️ wheelchair 🦽 

or I was about to do one. Anyway caught the train and then got the mic. 

Fortunately the rain stopped. It’s going to be cloudy and mild today with 

intermittent sprinkles throughout the morning. We then waited for a while for the 

transit ride. The guy was very nice. He had a pretty slick car. 

He had some spoilers going on. We got the Presbyterian Hospital where they have a wheelchair shortage. They don’t have enough wheelchairs 

so we’re sitting here in the front waiting for  a wheelchair. It’s really weird at the hospital and they’re short on wheelchairs, but I digress. I still have 

my sensation in my throat to tell me the room still tired. Anyhow, it’s 934 waiting 

for them to let us in we got the wheelchair. We’re good. Boss now 11:55 AM.

 Mom I was waiting for Mike to complete his procedure. I got to take a little nap 

well just sitting in the chair it was very pleasant. Then I got hungry and 

I went to the cafeteria and got some delicious snacks, such as banana and 

some protein bars. right after that Mike came back from his procedure and

 we’re now waiting for the rideshare to show up with shows 

up at 12:15 PM. Well it is 12:32 PM. We just arrived back. The rain has stopped for now. It’s mild

 yet damp. Don’t know when the rain will return. I’m eventually going to have lunch but I’m OK now because I had 

those snacks at the cafeteria. I’m also doing phone duty and then I’m gonna eat my lunch. I then finished my lunch and Mike got a delivery of mom’s meals and I unpacked that 

and his toilet is still broken and the guy hasn’t come in to fix it yet. I then left Mike’s around 315 and I’m gonna go somewhere to have something to eat and use the 

facilities and then go home cause I’m still having a tiny bit of a sore throat tiredness, so I’m skipping things again today. Well, I ended up going to the coffee shop and staying there for 

about 2 1/2 three hours just sitting there, but I couldn’t commit myself . 

to going to the meeting because I was really feeling tired. I made it home and talked on the phone and went to bed at 10:30. Oh, I wanted to mention 

one other thing they had the congressional TikTok hearings in the house economic committee. I saw a couple clips and it was a joke. All they were doing was grandstanding and practically yelling at the head of TikTok. They didn’t let them finish or anything. Oh I know tomorrow on TikTok it’s gonna be a hot fucking mess with that shit in the Democrats are about to tamp down the youth vote if they push this fascism away.
