Tuesday, July 15: Cloudy. Mike’s Phone, Knee

After a decent night sleep, I got up and headed to Mike’s. It was a nice morning. I got up and a drink a little bit of iced tea and had some 
cereal. I opened up the new milk I bought from Millbourne
and that was good. I paid back money. Anyhow, the physical therapist

 to replace Tony came by and Mike’s knee gave her really hard time today he’s barely able to walk and at the same time you scheduled 
a doctors appointment



 for Thursday afternoon around 1 o’clock. Now he’s not sure he’s going to 

be able to go because going up and down the steps might be next to impossible 
but he’s going to give it till tomorrow to decide. It was a pretty quiet

 day overall. Mike got his SIM card installed and I went to the phone 

place and the guy put SIM card in the phone. After that, I did my exercises and turned on and 
off the air conditioning. well, Mike was really struggling today. He 

seems to be fine in other ways, but the knee is really slowed him down. Anyhow, I wrapped things up and I left for Yoga and the sun came out and it got a lot warmer. It’s 

partly sunny right now the sun is out right now at 3:49 PM. Tina is teaching a class tonight. I went to class today and it was very hot, but it was a good class. I very much enjoyed that 

class. I made a little progress and she gave me a couple suggestions 

and which was good. Took my sweet time getting ready to shower and then 

showering. The men’s room is empty by the time I got in there so that

 was nice.I’m glad that there’s time after class to kind of unwind from a Hot 
class. It’s now 6:06 PM planning to go to a meeting. Well, went to the meeting and it was decent and the room wasn’t too cold. There is a short business meeting afterwards.

 Then we came back and had some delicious veggie burgers. They were very scrumptious for sure. Watch it YouTube about ideal in the quant hut and the

 there for sure. Anyhow, we are both very tired and went to bed and

 crashed. It was a good day after all just like it’s a small world after all. Doing 

the best I can. Can you believe it in one week? I’ll be in California flying out it’s really just unbelievable time flies.
