Well this morning it was a day of sleep in and it felt glorious. Got up at around 10:30 AM and it felt really really good. Anyhow got up
and went to the haircut. Place married notice like weird hair is growing with
the hair shouldn’t grow and we have to go to in California for my niece‘s wedding.
At first, it went down to the Td bank got
some cash and then walked over to the haircut place. They’re having
some sales going on at Rittenhouse Square. 
It was pretty well packed. There was a drizzle this morning which was a little bit of surprise, but was
very slight drizzle and it pretty much ended quickly.I went to the haircut 
place and it was crowded. It was like four dudes ahead of me. Fortunately for me, I was seen quicker
than I thought because I had a buzz cut so that was very, very helpful. After I got back from
haircut, had a delightful breakfast of bacon and eggs and good old toast. After we had that we went to the
frame shop and decided on our frames
for our pictures that are gonna be showing at the gallery in August. We have to turn them
in by the 30th of this month. I have after we got back we relaxed I
headed out for the 4 PM 90 minute Hot Yoga class with Mia. That was
the toughest class I had all week. The room was hot and I just felt like I didn’t have
enough liquid beforehand. I got pretty dizzy, but I persevered and try a few things. I haven’t done in a while.
It will be good to have a day off. After class, we hung out at studio for a while. 
We met Jenn sister and we talked about my shoulder and stuff.We then went to get
some protein smoothies, which I really needed because I just feel like I needed a little boost after that class. After we picked up the smoothies, we got back to the Dorchester and ordered some royal Indian
Indian food, and watched two actually know three episodes of Law and order. The last two were at two part series about the mob and then trying to bust members of the mop is very involved. It was a good day today.
