Well, I got up this morning and I didn’t quite get enough sleep. My right shoulder was fairly achy after I ate breakfast. I got the Mike’s
and fortunately I did buy food yesterday so I was able to snack on some blueberries and strawberries and have a yogurt. I also
had my super coffee. I did
a little cleaning and then Mike and I called a LIFT to his doctors appointment with Dr. Shalaby that was a 1045 appointment he was
in there For a while and we didn’t get back till after 1 PM. He did drain his knee of his fluid, so hopefully his knee will be better. I
then found a big gaping hole in 
his comforter which was blowing pillow I mean, blowing feathers all over his apartment. So I put a big lot of tape. I try to find a nutritionist at
Jefferson, but they’re all located in Jersey. They have no nutritionist in Philadelphia, which is really pathetic! Also, I found out you can’t telehealth across straight
line which
is absolutely sick really also the Trump’s big beautiful Bill pass
so we’re pretty much fucked on that one especially the poor people and then
eventually the rest of us when Hospital is closed, etc. but they
don’t give a fuck! Anyway, it’s now 3:53 PM and it’s time to go to yoga. But I went
to Lupe‘s yoga class and it was lightly attended. Tenant has been low at the
studio got rid of the 9 and 11 AM classes on Tuesday and Thursdays
and just have a 10 o’clock class. Anyway, the class was good. She
was very gentle and she seems to know her stuff really well. I myself had a very
tired body today. We got after class we hung out for a while. Mary talked to Loopie
about the upcoming trip to Mexico at the end of July where Lupe’s guiding
the group and wants to do scuba diving.We went to the supermarket
got some stuff for some veggie burgers, and I took a short nap and she started
cooking up the burgers which were really really good.
I’m now heading to CODA meeting. I wanted to try to get there by eight, but
that wasn’t possible cause it’s now 8:06 PM and I’m on the Uber. Well, that
meeting was really pretty interesting. It was talking about our childhood
and a bunch of new people came to the meeting. Some of them
had really heartbreaking situations. While the meeting was going on a tremendous thunderstorm here
, you can hear the rain pounding the roof as the meeting was going on. It’s almost 10 o’clock.
I’ll be home a little late, but at least it’s not business meeting late. The rain has stopped as well which is good.
