Tuesday, January 21: FRIGID 🥶 Risers, Yoga

Good morning I woke up and it was 8° outside. Mary was nice enough to cook me a batch of bags and I had eggs and cereal. I think that was

really good. She’s concerned about my lack of protein in my diet. I did manage to walk to Mike’s and get there at 8:46 later
than I want but close to 8:45 AM. I committed

to help Move risers for Philadelphia voices of pride a.k.a. PVOP. I think they had trouble finding volunteer which I can understand why because it’s 1:20 PM and the temperature is a whopping 17°. The only thing

I can be thankful for is that it’s not windy. Anyhow, Limbo came by and fix the

heater again  because it stopped working because the safety switch malfunctioned.

He’s keeping my company and supposedly a nurse is gonna come

between one and 2 PM while I’m doing risers. I probably will go to Mary after I

move these risers cause fuck it’s cold as shit. Why helped moving the

risers from the church to the truck? The truck is a little bit late, but we moved him

in and I decided that I couldn’t stay for the ride to Grace ferry

to dump off the riser at a storage facility. I figured it would be way too late, knowing traffic and stuff. Next day stop

by Mary’s and we hung out for about 10 to 15 minutes. It was nice to

visit and get a hug and kiss. We talked about our trip to Costa Rica and how

nice it was and we looked it up on the map. Found out the woman who

cleans her apartment is only available Saturday at 10 AM which is kind of

bogus but that’s what we got. Anyhow, on my way back to Mike’s

and the 1 to 2 PM nurse visit hasn’t even happened yet and it’s 2:43 PM. When

he came back in around 2:55 PM, the nurse finally did show up. It’s 3:34 PM it’s time for me to pack up

and get ready to go to yoga and then off to choir. It’s still cold as hell and I’m about to

approach Hot Yoga , Philadelphia and warm up. Where as usual Chris taught a really good

class I really like Chris’s classes a lot. Had 27 people in. It had a good vibe and it was fun. Anyhow, Mary

and I hung out at the studio for about 20 minutes. We talked about the posture clinic and

Emma said she enjoyed it as well. She’s working
the front desk and I blew some bubbles for happiness. I think I need to do a lot of bubbles in the year 2025. Mary and I split off at 16th and Locust and I went down to Spruce Street. Went

to the Spruce market and picked up some antioxidant juice which was very somewhat expensive but I figured I’d splurge
cause wasn’t in the mood for soda and I already

drank all my water. It’s at 6:37 PM. Well, I went to choir practice and a lot of people weren’t there people I say 1/3 of the people are out. So we turned into some of our music. We kept some and got two additional pieces. One was Matthew Shepherd, and the other one I don’t know where I went pretty well then I marched myself home and chow down
