Wednesday January 22: 🥶Cold Reality n’ Yoga

This morning I woke up in happy old Millbourne PA and stepped out into the frigid 9° weather. I had ordered a whole bunch of food and packed it up For Mike so I had a supply of food and stuff. I didn’t get to Mike’s till after 9 AM. Unfortunately, it’s a Wednesday so I can work a little bit later Mike had his appointment with David and then I brought over my extra yoga clothes and 

met Mary at the heart café at 21st and Walnut fortunate I was able

 to catch the bus to 21st and Walnut, which was good real good. I had a coffee 

and that tasted really good. Mary and I went over our Facebook settings

 and I changed my Facebook password. I eventually got back to Mike’s in this frigid weather. Tony came over and he 

emphasized getting his pills in order and got him a new pill box. He 

told him he really needs to use it. I then realize it’s time for me to go to my 2 o’clock 

appointment. I also realized that the super coffee that was supposedly

 going to show up in 24 hours is not gonna show up till the 29th. Hopefully it will be delivered this time. Well, I had my appointment and yeah, it was provocative because of family dynamics

 stuff. Specifically the latest “ Get off TikTok.” Anyhow, it’s still frigid and it’s 3:01 PM. I’m gonna head back to Mike’s finish up and then head over 

to Mary’s around 4 o’clock because I signed in so late today. well, I got back to Mike’s took out the trash and then got ready to go to my 530 class but first

 I’m going to go to Mary’s and get out of this cough wet cold weather. Tonight we have yen at seventh right after our 530 class I had to delete somebody who was a bot. Somehow I friended him. I 

don’t know how that happened, but I took care of it. I watched some YouTube videos on retirement to kill the time. In
outside news Trump’s being an asshole again killing off DEI programs in the federal government and setting up his mass deportation plan. It’s going to 

get ugly folks that’s all I can say about that anyway it’s 4:17 PM. I’m 

in Rittenhouse Square. Well, once I got to Mary’s it was time to take a world famous quick nap of aboutx

 20 minutes. That really feels good to do that. Period well we went to the



 4 to 5:30 PM class and that was a good class. it wasn’t too crowded. I basically was the the middle row. 

After Work we did the 7 o’clock in class with Linda and I was really chill. I enjoyed that

 class. It’s really mellow. Afterwards, Mary hung out and I took a while 
to get dressed cause I wanted to take a shower and luxurious in having the men’s changing room all to myself. Then ordered some Royal Indian texted with Wes. I’m gonna miss half the game cause I have to have a concert. Eagles are playing the commanders Sunday 3 PM.
