Sunday, January 5: Visit Mom. Yin/Violin 🥶

This morning I got up at the Dorchester after a fairly restless sleep. I just tossed and turned around and around and drank water. However, I’m

actually feel pretty good so maybe I’m just being a drama queen Keep from getting dry. Anyhow, I caught Uber after having breakfast. It’s worth it because it gets me a ride home and I didn’t have to freeze my ass off in
this bitter cold. We’re supposed to get snow tomorrow. We’re not gonna get a lot but people just south and west of us are going to get hit hard. I arrived to Riddle Village at 11:40 AM and I’m going to meet my brother. We

decided to go to the restaurant downstairs since it’s too cold to go outside. What we went to the restaurant I had and I’m letting some bacon. 🥓
Also I had some

coffee. That was pretty good we sat and we hung out for a little while and then we said goodbye to my mom and then David dropped me off at Ocean City Coffee

for me to wait for the 138 trolley which supposedly is five minutes late

so it’s now 133. I’m going to cool my heels and then check for the trolley cause

it runs only every half hour on Sundays. Well, the smoothie was delicious and I caught the trolley not the bus. That was good. I got home heated up the apartment a little bit, warmed up and

took care of my affairs. Not sure I remember to put a plastic bag in, but I sat there and said to myself how can I tire myself out so I can

really just pass out so I decided to go to the 4 PM classwant to get tired but also to warm up because it’s cold as fuck out here I know nice 100°  yoga studio would fix that wagon then I can relax with Yin violin

and a nice mild peaceful atmosphere. Well, I got to the 4 PM class

and oh my God it was packed to the girls’s three firm  Roz of people it was packed. It was an excellent

class and I enjoyed it very much. She did like my head to knee

posture so that was cool. Later on I texted her about it a session. Anyhow, after that, I ran to the shower to get

cleaned up for the Yin/violin class. That
was held upstairs and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was very relaxing. Some of the poses were a little hard, but I felt like I

was a little more flexible. Doing Shiva and I was definitely in and out of consciousness dreaming then popping out of a dream and it was pretty cool actually.
