Saturday, January 18: Posture Clinic andChoir

Well this morning we got up around 8:45 AM. This is so we don’t have time for breakfast and Mary made him bacon and eggs with toast. It was quite

delicious. after breakfast, we got going and ran into Linda and Dave. Is there coming back from visiting someone. That was a fun conversation. We still have time to get to the

11 o’clock class with Maya and that was very good. Only problem was I was just really tired. I feel like I’m running on a sleep deficit and morning yoga is tough as it is.

Anyway, after class, I just took a quick shower and lie down at the fourth floor studio and just relax for a while. That was really good for me. I also got another large water
which was very helpful. I needed all of the water I could get.. well, I got there earlier, and I wasn’t sure that we’re gonna be a lot of people there, but ended up several of the teachers

, Mia,Thyne,  and Tina. Anyhow, we started from the very beginning of the 26+ one series. The first went

through the postures, and then people asked questions, and Maya was very

knowledgeable and insightful. I must say. She gave me some tips on awkward too, and the beginning stretch. She gave other people one on one lesson in front of everybody it was quite

Inspiring. There’s a lot of lifting and moving a muscles that I don’t access at times. Afterwards we hung out at the studio for a little bit and then got ourselves some protein smoothies

at the marathon diner, which was very good. Next thing out I just wanted to lie down and catch a quick cat nap before going to choir practice. I wanted to get there at 5:30
PM to help with the risers. That’s what we did. We bunch of us did the risers and it’s quite a procedure
but there are people that knew what they were doing which was helpful. It now 6:12 PMI gotta call Mike and wish him a happy birthday. Well,
we did a little bit of warm-ups and then the concert started sharp at 8 o’clock. They had his violin in a pretty organized fashion.
