Friday, October 18: Walking w/ Mike Happy Hr. Yoga

I got up this morning after a pretty decent night of sleep in old Melbourne, Pennsylvania. It’s a town all should visit at least once for a little while.

Anyway I’m feeling really mellow today. Actually, Mike and I took our longest walk together in about a year. That’s because Mike got hospitalized twice in the last

year and that always sets him back. It was a perfect day for a walk. It wasn’t cold. It wasn’t hot and we did our old walk around the block like we did last year and  2️⃣ years ago. The Election is nuts! Well

i  with Trump nvolved with it. I finished off yesterday’s blog posting Not really terribly motivated but at around 1:41 PM I finally decided to get motivated and do some

errands. One of the errands is to go home and get my thermos which

I left home this morning and the other Aaron is to go get some stuff for Mike at CVS.

I think I left there in plenty of time to get back by 3:30 but of course, will

be tight with the train schedule. I approached the train going to 69th St. and the train

came on the eastbound side so there’s a whole bunch of people waiting

on the westbound side had to run up the steps to catch the train so I don’t know

what SEPTA is doing today but I made it. The nice prognosticators

of the weather, Service and the media are telling us that it’ll be a warmer winner with a little bit of snow. This is

kind ok like every other winter for the last 3 to 4 years. can

you take global warming? Yes I can. By the way today is national menopause day. Anyhow, I’m gonna grab my

thermos answer the call mother nature check my mail and then
return back to the CVS. Well, I got back and I talked to Alice over the phone and she alerted me that Kate’s 95/95th birthday party is scheduled tentatively j
for the 10th. Well it’s not tentative now

so I wrote to Dave and it’s confirmed it will be 1 PM Sunday the 10th
That’s the best day for

everyone concerned. Alice is coming and moving in an Airbnb in Narbeth as well.

Mary and I decided to go to the 5 PM happy hour class so we can get a

little rest in before class. It’s now 4:02 PM. I’m walking over to Mary’s now. Well, we relaxed and got ready for the 530 happy hour yoga class with Loopie Lauren. It was a good class. She gave
me tips on two of the poses and that was helpful. One was the Trikonasana and one was at the end

where she wanted me to leave my leg straight instead of bending

up my knees. After we left class, we chatted a little bit and then ordered Indian food

and re-watched an episode of Law and order that was really complex. We

figured out some new stuff after watching it a second time we enjoy doing that it’s fun.

Saturday, July 20: Up Early, Home, and SEPTA😵‍💫😵‍💫

I woke up at the Dorchester pretty early because Mary was going to be

visiting her mom in the hospital. She apparently is not doing very well and struggling. We got up and went out to eat breakfast at Montreal bagels
spread and then she called the 17 bus Towards

suburban station. I then hung around Center City a little bit and then headed on back to Melbourne where I wanted to rearrange my photos and get a nap in because

I was very very tired from getting up so early. Well, I decided to get a bite to eat and that’s what I did and then I took my naps and food got me tired and then tackled

some of the photographs to be taken down and to be put up. That really eat up a lot of time. The time just flew right by. I said
hello to Pat for a little bit because he just got home from work and asked him if he’d hang up the one frame for me if you had any time. Little bum didn’t get that up because I thought the choir

poster was perfect for the bedroom. I just caught the 332 train to get me to the 4 o’clock Hot Yoga. Well, this trip to the yoga studio got all screwed up. SEPTA
decide to

have a fire at 30th St. and none of the trains are running and the shuttle bus didn’t show up then I called LIFT and I was supposed to get there for two but the one driver
dropped me so I don’t know if I’m even gonna get in the studio because

they locked the doors at times. Well, I managed to make it to the class. The door

wasn’t locked. I used one of their mats and grabbed two really thin

flimsy towels, and managed to squeeze in the middle

of the studio and just eased in there just in time for bouncing

poses. I missed the warm-ups in the awkward pose. Anyhow, that room was so

humid. It wasn’t the hottest room in Hot Yoga history but The humidity

was absolutely outrageous. Miah was very cool and eased me in there and

then after after class I chatted up with Mills and a woman who

just started her recovery. She happen to be next to me when I was squeezing

in class and that was pretty cool. Then went to Mary and Mary explained her

day and it looks like her mom is dying and she has a DNR. anyhow it’s

now 8:06 PM. I’m gonna pick up some food. While I was picking

up the food, I went to St. Patrick’s Church and took some interesting

videos and photos of the place at the real grand old church Anyhow, I picked

up the food and we enjoyed it and we watched that really goof ass movie called

Cocaine Bear. It was pretty Gorian and goofy, but it was a fun distraction. And then

decided I’d go home. I caught the 21 bus back home
and found it padded hung up my picture my frame of the concert from June. My choir Cohn from June. That was really nice of him to do that for me.
