Saturday January 10: Breakfast, Mike’s, Choir, and Yoga

Hi. Both of us awoke stiff from all the work we did yesterday. We decided to go out to breakfast instead of cooking breakfast at home.

So we went to the café. We dragged Mike’s new pillow, pillowcases, and sheets along with us to breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. We have plenty 
of coffee and food to get us to the next step. We then took Lyft to Mike’s. While @ Mike’s, we took off the old sheets and threw out the old pillows. we also thought

the old mattress protector was all shredded up and looking around with spots, etc. we took it upon ourselves to throw out a chair and an old wobbly 

table and put the printer on the wooden bookshelf with all those law books. It was a bit grueling. Mary wanted to keep the box with the mini desk and chairs. I just see it as a 

big pain in the butt but I see what she means. Anyhow, we left via Uber and I was running 15 to 20 minutes late to rehearsal, which is not great 

but that’s what happened. I got the rehearsal and then we took a break around 2:30 and then break ends at 3:00 PM and then I have to sneak


out of here 20 minutes early for  Yoga. As of now it’s still raining like crazy not really looking forward to going out here but that’s what I’ll do. 

All right, I have moved my stuff to her funky old corner next to a trashcan so I can slide it out of here a half hour from now. Still have my 

super coffee had a bite of a cookie and that’s about it. That’s for the NFL playoff Eagles don’t play till tomorrow afternoon at 4:05 PM. Carolina 

and the Rams are playing first off today at 4 PM. I expect the Rams will beat them. Well, it’s 3:36 PM. I just snuck out of choir while stuff was 

shifting songs. I figured that was the better way to do it. It is still pouring like all crazy and shit.


Dr. Anyway, I guess I could’ve left a little later but anyway I’m going to yoga now. Yeah I went to Yoga and Byron‘s teaching to class at 4 o’clock because they just started Hot Yoga training for new teachers today. That’ll go on for five more months. Anyway, it was a good class nice and crowded. I think I did OK 



with even with my limitations today. We hung out at the studio for a little bit then headed back to Mary’s place which I thought might be an early dinner, but I ended up cable TV went on the fritz ended up being Comcast‘s fault but she did get Customer 

Service pretty quickly. She gets good service because Dorchester is a special customer service plan just for Dorchester people so that works out really nice. We didn’t order Indian till eight then I 

went there at 8:20 PM and I waited 20 more minutes after that because a bunch of DoorDash people came and then I got two iced tea and Pepsi’s for me. -
