Good morning Yoga warrior this is Mark Krull speaking you from Cozumel Mexico live. Anyhow, this morning we did yoga And we did each pose only once. That was fine with me because I didn’t sleep all that well last night and you know morning my morning body is reallytough. It was a good class however the wind was blowing like crazy. It had to be at least 25 to 35 mile an hour gusts going on. definitely blowing me away. Beforehand we had breakfast of eggs and potatoes and that that was pretty good. After yoga, we had a really nice lunch. We had ceviche, we had fruit salad with hibiscus. Also, there was eggplant available. That was pretty good actually. Afterwards, we had a little bit of time to relax, but we had to get ready for the jungle tour that was being led by Lupe’s friend Tagie. Anyhow, we all had to chip in for the Van cost and to pay her as well. We did that and we all hopped into a big old van. There were 10 of us that were heading in there. We cut through the middle of the island to the Location which was basically a Myan forest. Anyhow, once we got there, we were shown lots of cool things in three different set ups we we drove to one spot and then we got the van and then we drove to another spot and went back in the van. The last stop was the longest stop was about an hour and a half. I think it was. She showed us where when her neighbor Tim is building a house and Tim gave her permission to have a tour where he’s going to live. She is helping him out and she’s she was funny. She solicited volunteers while we were walking through it. We also saw some beautiful butterflies. 🦋 She also showed formations that looked like they might’ve been constructed by the Mayans. There are ceremonial with concentric circles, one inside the other. She showed us the most sacred tree in the Mayan world, and I forgot the name of it, and she also showed us the tree that grows next to it, which is very poisonous to the touch. We had to walk by these trees several times and she warned us with how horrible the burn is from touching that tree. There’s lots of wildlife there. We’ve been took the van back. I had a digestive emergency thatI had to take care of. Ended up I had to wash my blue jeans. Anyhow, after that we had dinner which was pretty good and then and we hung out for a little while. I then got massive gas and I was gonna order something from an App called Rappi. I made the order which including chippingfor two sets of Pepto-Bismol one and pills and one in liquid and then the order got weirdly canceled, but they already refunded the money reallyquick. I saw it on my credit card statement. So that worked out OK I ended up feeling better and got ready to go to bed. I took extra precaution and took a trazodonealong with my gabapentin and made sure that I go to sleep since I didn’t really sleep the night before. I officially canceled doing any kind of scuba tomorrow. I just didn’t feel like I was gonna be up for that stuff. Believe it or not tomorrow’s our last day in Cozumel. I think the plan tomorrow is regular 9:15 AM Yoga and then we’re gonna be catching a boat to do a snorkeling. I just feel a lot less pressured trying to do your scuba, especially in this kind of wind and I wanna leave with a positive experience that I had the other day. Will be coming back to a real winter mix going on where it’s gonna plummet in the teens and then the single digits next weekend. I also have plenty of business to take care of such as getting a dental cleaning and I need a crown then I have a choir concert happening Friday and Saturday of this week. I’m missing a rehearsal tomorrow and but I will be attending a rehearsal. I believe Wednesday or Thursday. I have to check that out.
