Well, after a pretty good night sleep, I got up and got to Mike’s around 9 AM. I had some cereal at Mary’s and once I got to Mike’s, I had to go to pick up stuff as usual. Mike had an appointment with his therapist today at 11 o’clock AM and 
I went to the bookstore and hung out and tried to figure out this new version of BlogTouch that came up. Also watched some TikTok videos and again forgot to call Jefferson. I gotta get my therapy started. I just need to do that at some point. Eventually, we did
finish an application for him to go to the senior place, so we just gotta turn it in tomorrow we’re planning to go to DMV to get his license stuff worked out assuming that it’s not gonna be pouring rain like it ended up doing as a day 
went on. I had my therapy appointment and ran out of batteries during it, and it was online, which was not great. I will be seeing him in October 1. Mary & I went to 5:30 PM yoga with Dan and my shoulder did it thing but it wasn’t horribly 
bad. We then went to yen which is pretty cool. I actually was able to do the Plow pose all the way down and put my feet to the ground for the first time in 40 years. I was I was very happy about that. Anyway, I suggested the Byron that we should have T-shirts for the retreat 
and he turned back and said OK Marc go ahead and make it happen. So Mary and I are on it with that. We already contacted loopy with her wonderful tank girl drawing which are just fabulous. I’m gonna be picking up some Indian food. It’s 9:41 PM. The Trump administration forced
the FCC to go after Jimmy Kimmel cause he made fun of him. Charlie Kirk. They’re now turning hate speech to anything that offend the mega so they’ve turned it as a Courle against the first amendment.
