Saturday, September 13: Sleep, café ☕️ ,Yoga etc

Good day Well, I did the best day everybody after a little bit of a trouble some sleep due to my clogged nose and my stupid right shoulder eventually did sleep until 11:30 AM that was a good thing because I was interrupted twice from my sleep once because my nose was so stiff I couldn’t breathe and I fortunate got help and took Flonase and this water spray and that seemed to help after I slept in easy chair for a while and then my shoulder started flaring up so I had to put a hot towel take a Advil. I did eventually get some sleep anyway we went to the café and had some protein and that was very good. We hung out watch a few highlights of Phillies and Mets games. We then went back to her place and went to the 4 PM class with Mia. That was a good class. I really couldn’t do a lot with my arm, I really had to modify my poses today. It was rough but overall good class. I was really thirsty and drank 50 ounces of water after class. It’s now 6:13 PM. We are hanging out at the studio relaxing while thinking about what we’re gonna do afterwards. It’s pretty nice out right now. Oh Maryann, I watched some old YouTube clip from when we were in Costa Rica January 20 24. It was fun to watch that we were standing at Rittenhouse Square and we did that. We then led back home and the Phillies were losing 4 to 3 Kansas City Royals and now it’s the top of the eighth inning and we’re leading 8 to 5.The relief pitcher allowed one run last inning. We got the run back when Brandon March at a home run. I’m now going to get some Indian food and Mary is treating tonight which is very nice. Well, we watched

the new show called trust. It was made by the same people that made it a show called Mayor of Easttown. It had still had that dark for boating over the whole thing. But it was very compelling I must say. Next episode is probably next week sometime. We then watched the Phillies beat the Royals 8–6. The Mets lost again so our magic number is one. Within watch Law a law & order episode. This is about some woman who is completely intelligent and crazy who got off from a murder
