Tuesday, June 3: Sleep! Mary Visits, Mild

This morning I got up after sleeping a full night sleep without interruption. I’ll be it was from the La-Z-Boy since I can’t sleep horizontally. It’s

all good to be being able to sleep. The doctor wrote back asking if the steroids were working and I said not so much so he told me to stop taking them after today. He’s under the appointment will wait for the MRI to come in.

I have both the doctors appointment and the MRI on the same day but the opposite ends of the clock. Anyhow, I got the Mike’s around 9 AM and it was a quiet day I do have choir but overall It’s a quiet day compared to the rest of the week till Friday. For  we’re PVOP, we are
rehearsing for the Carnegie Hall concert. This happens in June 20 21st and 22nd but I have Mike’s birthday

party in Maryland on that Saturday. Mary came over to visit and we hung out and talked. Mike

and Mary are very literary and talked about literary stuff such as James Joyce and Finnegan Wake etc. Mike took a shower today and
then I went ahead and left. I’m really

tired. I feel I actually could sleep, but history will be the judge of that. There will be no Indian food today because the Royal Indian is shut down on Tuesdays. Well, I got to Mary’s and I was
so tired. I decided to take a chance and sleep on the bed sideways. I felt a little more confident that

I could do it. Well, for an hour and 14 minutes I laid on my side and I was sleeping.

I was so tired. The alarm did wake me. I didn’t wanna push it too hard, but it felt really good just to be able to crash. I hope this is a

trend I really do Anyhow Mary just finished yoga. She’ll be home very soon. It’s a nice mild day today. I have
choir at 7 o’clock. It’s now 6:05 PM.
Mary went to yoga today & Found out there’s a yoga retreat to Cozumel Island.  Lupe and Byron are planning it  for January.
The trip of course include Yoga, but also scuba

diving which makes me a little bit nervous quite frankly, but loopy is a scooper structure so we’ll see. Anyhow, choir practice It’s going pretty well it’s not 838. We’re on our break.
