Well after sleeping in late because I went to bed late and my neck. I woke up and quickly got dressed grabbed a tea and got walking. Today’s
very similar to yesterday cloudy and cool. It’s supposed to start getting windy in the next hour. Mary and I decided werent from the Seahorse

came up and I decided to go down to the coffee shop good karma and get
some coffee and read my book and lick TikTok‘s and a coffee shop which is 
like a thing I like to do. Used to do it a lot more in my early sobriety years
I was taking a survey which I didn’t qualify for by the way, and I figured out my BMI it’s 22 which is very good. I 
was up to about 28 at one point. Well there is still a lot of backlash from

scary at the same time. Well, we went to dance for 5:30 PM class but is that room steamy is all hell
I mean, the humidity was off the charts in the beginning of class before she did prop open the window a little bit towards the entrance so that helped. I had 5️⃣ minutes to get ready for Yin
and And I did get ready after really quick shower and that was very relaxing. This was Linda’s last class. She’s gonna do private Reiki classes.
