Friday April 18: Good Friday 2025 🌞

Hi it’s Friday in mid April and I think spring has finally sprung. It’s a little cold and windy but very Sunny w/ low humidity. I got the 


Mike’s and took care of some business at his place. We then took a short walk outside and Mike seemed to 


enjoy it. We had two groups of Christians come up for Good Friday to pray for us. There is one group that carried across and then
 some other group that also carried a wooden cross. 

First two kids came up and were very pleasant and sweet and then two other kids came up like 5️⃣ minutes later And they said a prayer for Mike. 


After Went up the stairs We decided we would go to a zoom AA meeting at his place so that’s what we did. I think it was somewhere located the northeast part 

of the city mostly people in their 50s and 60s at this meeting. They seem very nice and cordial. The first zoom AA meeting I’ve been to in years. I then had lunch and decided to order super



 coffee. I’m gonna order food stuff Monday when it’s when I know I’ll  be at Mike’s. I also ordered a new pair of my shoes online at New Balance since 

the New Balance store has not reopened. I also signed up for a Car 

Rental with Hertz for May 18 trip to Long Beach Island. anyhow it’s now 3:45 PM. I’m 

heading into Mia’s 4 o’clock class. Hopefully I left my hat at Mary’s and I didn’t just up and lose it. Anyway, the way we go to a mid April weekend. Well, I went to Miah‘s class and it wasn’t 

crowded at all because the big crowds come for the Pilates class and the 530 yoga class. Anyhow, we hung 
out for a while at the studio talking 

to some folks, including Emma who is playing some really hip and groovy music in the studio. We talked about the Chinese manufacturers selling 

 clothing for very cheap such as Hermes and Lululemon’s. Anyhow, it was a hot class and and but it was a good class. We decided to get smoothies and we took a different way of walking 

and then we decided we would figure out what we’re gonna watch. Watch some 

Phillies highlights from 1971 when the Phillies had Rick wise 

and they were really bad team.Frank, Luke, Casey, Don money, 

Darren Johnson, Willie Martinez and Ruki Laboa. Anyhow

 got food from Royal Indian. We ran into Mary’s friend Zorley and her

 husband. So Zorley, just got her American 
citizenship last month. She just got it in the nick of time she applied for it last November before this administration came in so she was very very very fortunate. and we’re gonna watch Humphrey Bogart, the African queen. Well, it’s a lot different than I thought it was gonna be ended on a very cute ending. It was fun.
