Good morning America. This is Mark speaking. I woke up in my last dream as me eating pills with a plastic spoon out of a plastic container
acting like it was wanting to induce vomiting. It was very strange dream to
end my night. Previously, I was in China and the previous dream. Anyway, I 
woke up. Had a nice leftover breakfast sandwich that Mary had and then headed to Mike’s. Ivy came over and helped Mike organize his pills and did a few exercises. Then Mike
had an appointment at 1900 S. Broad
Street to see his his cardiologist who’s a guy. Well, it’s 12:20 PM. Mike
just finished. I can hear him from far far away. He’ll just come back 
in 6️⃣ months nothing to see here nothing has changed. The FBI arrested a Milwaukee judge for helping someone invade arrest by ICE agents.
This is absolute fascism, arresting judges now. they are daring people to stop them from acting like 
complete authoritarian/fascist. Anyhow, we’re waiting for the ride. It won’t
get here till about one which was his original time. But we at least can see it
on the LIFT app, which is good so we’ll get back around 1:20 PM at this
rate. Well, George Santos was sent today the 7️⃣ years in prison. You know he’s not going to serve much
of any time because he’s gonna keep appealing and then our crooked
president. Trump is probably going to give him a full pardon because George Santos was
really good at kissing Trump‘s ass. Well, my phone adapter fell apart, and the one piece
was stuck in Phone, but I was able to pull it out fortunately. You don’t know
what kind of product you’re going to get when you can’t get them at the
Apple Store. Anyhow, the last thing I did For Mike today was fetch him
at the 1️⃣ script that Jardiancr. I didn’t know jars could dance, but here we are
. It’s 3:42 PM. It’s a nice day out. I think the warm weather is gonna stay. Heading to
Mia‘s 4 o’clock 75 minute class. Next
couple weekends are busy then I have my colonoscopy on May 5. Anyhow, the classes held on the fourth floor for a change. There’s plenty
of space
because there wasn’t a ton of people there. But it was a pretty intense class and I really enjoy your classes. She tried to correct me on
the first warm-up pose that I’ve had
issues with for a while.After class I shaved and then we declined to go to the thing Dan was having. We then had a deep conversation. Was going to flush things out.
