Wednesday, November 20: Mike @ Hospital 🤪

Well, I I woke at the Dorchester having slept pretty well I must say. I rumbled fourth towards Mike’s place. Mike is still in the hospital
 getting 

a catheterization done. I decided to talk to him before going all the way up there for nothing. They did a sonogram in the 

morning and they started the catheterization process around 12:30 and he just finished
at around 1:45 PM today of course 

we’re sending them to his room as I’m going to my appointment. I have a 2 o’clock appointment. I cleaned my yoga clothes at Mike’s and then I delighted decided to delete Twitter with 

a prompt from a TikTok post. I’ve been thinking about doing it so I just went ahead and did it finally it’s not that hard but it’s 



not exactly simple either. I have a feeling that Mike’s exit from the hospital may possibly impede with my 530 and 7 PM in class, but I don’t really want to be so I’m

 sure Mike will call when that comes up. I may be in my session. Yes I’m feeling a little low energy Jeb Bush but I don’t feel sick. I’m just just tired. But 

that low energy tired more than sleepy tired I guess. I went to my session at 2 o’clock after talking to Mike. He had his procedure done and we talked around 3:00 PM. 

He’s gonna try to get them to have him stay over one more night since I’ll be 
checking out any moment now. It sounds

 331 I’m still Still a little bit. Low energy little bit better. but I went to Dan’s 4 PM class and it was a very good class. It was pretty damn hot but you know that’s

 the point right. I got dizzy three times which was high usually I only get dizzy once

 that’s how hot it must’ve been. After class ended up talking with 

Linda and hanging out the studio then Matt her husband, all four of us walk
back towards the Dorchester. We then 

decided we would watch the Eagles versus the Steelers game on December 15. Mary
said she’d make vegetarian chili so that

 was cool then after that we ordered Indian and hung out and watched 2️⃣ episodes of madman which I’m really enjoying it. So the middle of the week has passed us by. Oh I forgot to mention the in class was the perfect ending to the day. It was so relaxing and I needed it badly. Linda said I should just take a day off.
