Saturday January 31: 🥶 Breakfast @ Café

Hi there, everybody in the winter wonderland and frozen tundra that is Philadelphia right now. We decided to sleep in late and that was very glorious so glorious that it’s hard to describing in human terms. Anyhow, sleeping in was good as I just said. We decided we go out to eat at the heart of catering café. I had my usual breakfast burrito and that was very delicious and we hung out and tried to charge my new charging box but the thing never charged up so after breakfast, we decided to go to the place where I bought it, which was a block and a half away, and the guy was really cool. He took my return without even replaced it withanother model he thinks would work better. So I’m going to charge this thing while Mary and I are Yoga and if this thing doesn’t charge up then you

know we got problems. I’ll just I’ll just go to Amazon. Anyway, it’s  3:22 PM already and the days half over and we’re getting ready for a 4 o’clock class. Well, I went to the 4 o’clock class and was taughtby a different instructor. Evelyn Archie. She came to the Costa Rica trip two years ago and was next to me all in all of Chris flux classes. Well, this class was very interesting. Every 30 people in the class and 24 more new students I hadn’t seen any of them except for a few. It was also a very strange class. She showed up late and played music. A little too loud. I did like the bell ringing that was quietly going on while people were getting ready. Also, people didn’t lineup normally cause they didn’t know the routine. Overall, it was a good class, but it was definitely had a different vibe from Miah. That’s for damn sure. Anyhow Mary reminded me that we were going to see filament that’s a broke group that Evan is in and we decided in the last minute to catch an Uber from Ocean prime and they came quicker than we thought but we were able to grab a little snack to hold us over. It was very good. We didn’t see Linda or Dave there and we didn’t see someone else there but we saw a couple of other people from Class.

Friday January 30: 🥶🥶🥶 Sick of Cold! SIM Card Arrives

Today I woke up to extreme temperatures of 6°!!! we were up late last night. We decided that I needed to get to Mike’s via Uber. I texted Uber and they were going to charge 18 for weight and save
in $21 for a regular service and LIFT was gonna charge $12 regular service and $10 for wait saved so of course I went with the wait and save. Well, got the Mike’s before 9 AM and then 😁Nichole came by and helped out with a contacting one of Mike’s. Many doctors. We formally canceled Mike’s appointment today. That would’ve been a complete nightmare trying to get him around today. Anyhow, the cord for Mike’s

machine that he puts on his bed to measure his water weight came in at around 1:30 PM and then his SIM card came in the mail right after that Mike and I were unable to pull out the SIM card holder cause Mike didn’t have a paper clip and one of the neighbor said he’d get one and then he just closed the door and ignored me. Oh well, it’s cold as fuck out here. It’s now 211. This back-and-forth will probably finish off my day. well, I went to the phone place and lady fix it. She threatened or said you’d probablycharge but she ended up not cause I was gonna slap her a five and she put the SIM card in. It seems to be taking. I then decided to buy one of those battery bricks because I’m always running out of power constantly. So it’s going to be another slab in my pocket to keep my phone charged kind of ridiculous but you do what you gotta do. It’s now 3:01 PM I just left Mary’s after charging my phone to 35%. I then had a heart attack cause I thought I lost Mike’s phone but ended up being next to the toilet, so basically I almost dropped Mike’s phone in the toilet that would’ve been a complete fucking disaster anyhow, I’m gonna try to hit the CVSand

get Mike’s some shit as they say if I have time so I gotta get back by 3:30 so I’m hustling down the road. Can we report your earache is kicking up that she got treated. I’m guessing the cold weather did it. I’m hoping it’s just that. So I called Mary and decided that we needed a day off from Yoga. So I went back to Mike’s chilled out a little bit and his phone

 officially works. I notified all interested parties that his phone is working. It’s 4:17 PM. Just noticed they have a little earth movers removing the snow mounts from the corners of sidewalks. They got their work cut for him. That’s for sure so we’re gonna chill out. Have Indian and have a day. Decided to get Indian tonight and have the turkey chili tomorrow. It’s now 5:37 PM getting food early when I have an early evening.

Thursday, January 29: COLD AF 🥶 Mike’s & Yoga

This morning, I woke up with minor aches and pains, even on my elbow, which eventually went away then I got the mics and I was able to sign
in. I’ve managed to get scheduled by the scheduler McGee rehab to start two days after I get back from Florida. Every Tuesday and Thursdayat 1:45 PM. This will make it less likely I run into one of Mike’s various appointments. It’s 12:46 PM. I haven’t done that much. It’s very cold. I’m going to be going to CVS to get some items with Mike’s food stamp card, which he did find. It is really frigid out there. It was 6° when I woke up and around 9° when I left for Mike’s. I had lunch of my Indian stuff and icy in a couple fake news to fill me up. We’re planning to go to Yoga today not sure I’m gonna go to my 

meeting but at this point I am unless I feel very exhausted from my class today. It is a pain in nasty undressed for Yoga with four layers on the top and two layers on the bottom where my legs are. Anyhow, since Mike can’t order from Amazon cause he doesn’t have enough money till next month to pay for the extra fees that the snap Benefits don’t pay for he asked me to go 

on a for arranging trip to CVS to get them a whole plea of items he said I could get some stinks for myself and that’s what I did. I got 2️⃣ diet Pepsi’s and a diet iced tea for my trouble. You’ll never be ableto pay me back I mean it’s just kind of ridiculous really. I haven’t kept tabs but it’s kind of a pointless exercise. It’s still pretty cold out here and it’s 1:55 PM. Well, anyway, we found out that Mike’s electrical cord to his monitoring device was not there so we called the hospital on the fourth floor. Turns out they have it and they also later on agreed to send a courier to deliver the cord which is wonderful. Cause 
I thought I was gonna have to shuck on down to Penn in frigid weather so that was really good. My phone is down to 9% as of 3:44 PM. Waited laterthan I thought because Penn called back and agreed to courier the power cord. Nichole‘s coming on coming in at 9 AM tomorrow on Mike’shouse. She’s she’s going to find find parking Very difficult I bet. I’m heading to my 4 PM. Yoga class seems to be two seems to be change of staff

 going on I don’t think Miah is working for the studio anymore. That’s that would suck.
