Tuesday, December 30: Mike’s & Left Shoulder

After hitting the hay very late last night, I got up, decided I would get dressed brush my teeth and runoff to the convenience store and buy a 

sandwich and egg and cheese sandwich on it English muffin. I’ll put on my warmest sweater and headed on out. Boy oh boy, it was frigid outside. I got my sandwich went to Mike’s ate it and then did 


E little around the house and then ran off to my 10:15 AM massage appointment. It was moved back to 10:30 AM and I then went to the appointment. Indeed the appointment did give me some much much-needed 

relief from the extreme muscle stiffness that I’m experiencing in my left shoulder. During the day today, I sent messages to Stillman, Dr. Nala and the guy who did the EMG test. I also sent the Massage

to each one of them. I paid an overdue medical bill and tried to pay my membership fee to Sketch Club, but couldn’t because of faulty website. On the way back to my massage I decided to go to the New Balance 

store and replace my sneakers. Turns out I haven’t bought a pair of sneakers since October 2024 over a year ago. I got a really good rate of 100 bucks for the shoes because the sales woman announced 

the employee price of the shoes and I set up the “the cats out of the bag.“ And she agreed to give me the that price that was very nice of her. Usually, those shoes

are 160 bucks. Anyway, I then went to Fabio‘s and got a replacement bowl since Mike broke the bowl. I always use to eat lunch. Tony came over and Mike did a few exercises and Mike told Tony about

the CPAP cord that he spilled water on in started, belching out black smoky ruined the cord and the charging box it comes with the cord. It was very funky. I then finished off three applications and I’m going to 

print out his Social Security card and drivers license for each of the sub size housing appointment and I’m gonna pick up an application 

tomorrow from the John Fox Towers, which is in Center City somewhere. I skipped decided to skip yoga cause I knew I wasn’t in any 

shape to do that. I’m gonna take another Epson salt bath it’s now 4:23 PM frigid Tuesday. I took the bath, and it felt quite good and relaxing. Anyhow, I then took a little nap and that felt quite good. 



That’s for sure. Mary came back from class and said the class is very crowded and the room was pretty warm. We then went to the meeting at 22nd and Locust or 22nd spruce and then walked back to Royal Indian and ordered Indian food came back. Had a 

good conversation about families and stuff. We then went and watched a couple episodes of Law and order and they enjoyed our Indian food. My shoulder really started acting up, but I did manage to go to bed pretty late, but I did manage to go to bed.
