Hello boys and girls today is Tuesday, December 23. Two days before Christmas. I woke up with a stiff shoulder which progressed to a sore sore shoulder which I’m not sure what to do about at 
this point. I just couldn’t get motivated to do much today. I did however, get four super coffees delivered by Amazon today so that’s good. Both 
the nurse and the physical therapist came today and that was good for For Mike. I think the physical therapist is coming back Christmas Day I believe anyhow it’s now 2:37 PM and 
I am going to CVS get Mike a couple things. Hope his shoulder gets a little better. I think I’m gonna need to need to get that sports massage I’ve been blowing off but I think it’s probably too late 
until after Christmas obviously to get it done Mary went out in got two bottles of wine for our visit to my brother‘s place tomorrow night. I’m assuming we are to be there at 4 PM regular time so I’m gonna leave
Mike around 2:00 PM. I got a bunch of stuff at CVS and came back my shoulder felt a little bit better but it’s going to be a challenge. I think I need to 
go to Nick’s for the massages. I said once already. Charging my phone right now it’s 3:11 PM. Well, Maryann wanted us to meet at 3:40. I’m not gonna be able to do that because it’s 339 and I’m just going to 
Pine Street from Lombard on 15th. Anyhow, I’m walking towards Class. It’s Tina‘s teaching tonight. Well, the class went well. I did deal with my short sore shoulder and and made it through. I 
had to modify a little bit, but I made it out. OK. Saw Katelynn and told her there’s no way I could do her class. I didn’t think she was teaching because she wasn’t listed, but it doesn’t matter I wouldn’t have done double anyway. After class hang out took a nice warm shower. after that, we went back to Marriott at the Dorchester and relax for a moment I got a shoulder
rub and then we went over to the meeting and then came back and went to the Royal Indian in ordered in person and then we ate and watched two law and order episodes and then took Advil in the trazodone to 
make sure I sleep through the shoulder bullshit
