Hello and good day everybody this is Mark speaking from good karma café where it’s 11:28 PM and I am reporting and starting this blog post. I got up this morning sleeping really hard but
not quite enough. I’ve been got outside and it was a misty rain. It wasn’t really rain. It was more like a misty drizzle. I got the Mike’s late but today’s a late yoga day so I didn’t really care much. Anyhow,
I got the Mike’s. He was lying down after not sleeping very well and I did a little bit of cleanup next thing out it was 11 o’clock and Mike had
his therapist appointment so I thought I might go down to Millbourne but I had no time to do that. I have some Amazon stuff arriving so wanted to go there, but Pat knows about it. Our next thing on the
agenda is at 12:15. Mike has another appointment with Dr. C who’s part of cardiology for his heart that doesn’t work very well. Lots of grunting and groaning and waiting but they’re paying me so it’s all
good. So we’re at 1930 S. Broad Street at Penn vascular center which is in the ground floor of this Center For healthcare. On. Anyway, it’s still cloudy and misty rain outside. Got myself a Pepsi
to sit through and hang out here and look at the flowered paper art that’s here and Mike’s catching his breath and I’m gonna create find some Car political cartoon for this blog. Well, Mike’s called back
after about 10 minutes and they had them waiting for an hour. The Dr demon know Mike’s information before he saw him. He seemed really imp prepared ill prepared. Mike was offered
either more medications or two procedures for a fib so that’s where we’re at. Mike said he was seen for 10 minutes. We came back. It’s 3:04 PM.
Mike really had a hard time getting up the steps. Well, it’s getting time to go cause it’s a little after 4 PM. It’s my late day. It’s still cloudy outside and I’m going to go to Mary’s and hopefully take a quick nap
at first. I have to sign out first. well, I’m out and the rain has stopped fortunately. It’s still pretty cool, but I’m
layered up nicely which I plan to do the entirety of the late fall and winter. Of course it’s not gonna be the case as much when I’m in California in a week and a half and when I hit Cozumel Mexico in mid January. Oh, I
forgot I got an appointment scheduled in the last minute by Dr. Stillman to sign the medical form to be able to go scuba diving Cozumel so I got that done. Anyhow, Maryann, I went to Dan’s 4 o’clock class
after we took a very short nap. That class was really hard. It was very hot in the air was not circulating at all. I was stuck in air and I felt faint for a little while there. Yin was wonderful and relaxing. I like Miah’s in class. She has a lot of interesting insights why we were relaxing
and hold poses. Mary is prepping veggie burgers and I’m getting some iced tea and a Pepsi for thirst. well, the veggie burgers were very tasty. Mary and I talked about the Alaska trip we want to take and possibly going to Costa Rica in March. Watch One Law and order and then get ready to go to bed before midnight.
