Tuesday February 3: Mike’s Visitors, Errands, Yoga & Choir

This morning I got up around 8 AM and got myself ready to go to Mike’s. I wanted to get there decently close to being on time because he’s got 3️⃣ different visitorscoming and he wanted to be able to take a shower before they all showed up so I showed up early enough for him to take a shower. I ate an
oatmeal cookie at the Metro bakery.  I ate an oatmeal cookie at the Metro bakery cause I kind of forgot about the egg sandwich. That did OK and also had a protein drink when I got the Mike’s. Tony was the first one to show up. When he showed up Mike growls that he couldn’t find his Social Security card and there was a bunch of folders that are no longer in the spot he had them. Anyway, Mike did a little bit of exercise with Tony and he talked a lot with Tony. After he left, I looked at Threads and shared some stuff with Mary. In the next thing you know it was time to go to my 11:45 AM Cleaning. So I went to that and Mike has a list of things for me to get that Fabio. He gave me $40 because he just got paid from Social Security. That’s the only time of the month he has money. It’s not terribly cold so it’s a good day to step and fetch that’s for sure. Hey, I went to Fabio‘s end up buying them nine underwear‘s cause I bought 33 packs and that wasn’t absolutely necessary but anyway he has underwear. I got them two little trash, cans, body soap, and shampoo and some other things I don’t remember. Anyhow, the nurse who was supposed to visit never showed up so I don’t know what that’s about. When it came
back from fabulous, he was talking to a Lawyer friend of his yeah today is the mild to stay. We’ve had in quite some time. It’s actuallyabove freezing. As of 2:42 PM it’s 34° and that counts today is mild considering what we’ve had all last week and early this week. My next trip is to CVS to pick up my script and also Mike script as well. Well,I successfully picked up the scripts and told them not to order any more trazodone. I don’t need that. I have plenty supply for when I actually need it. I did get my regular script and that was good. It’s just
3️⃣ month supply and I came back charged up my phone and got ready to go to yoga. Tina taught the class and boy she really draws in people it was a nice full class and it was perfect heat. I mean it wasn’t cold. It wasn’t cold and it wasn’t like suffocating Hot so I really appreciated that. Then afterwards, Mary and I came back home and we did find out if that Mia officially left the studio. So that blows that’s all I’m gonna say about that. Anyway, chilled out with Mary for a little bit then ran off the choir. It’s kind of cool that the destination is a little bit closer at the Resurrection church at 17th and Sansom rather
than 13th and Spruce. We’re going to get Indian tonight that’s the plan assuming it’s open. Well, Choir was interesting today we’re doing one composition. A group of songs called the killing man. It’s a collage of songs that are sung in Latin French in English and some of the songs are sacred songs. There’s a director told us that PVOP performers about 10 years ago. We’re only allowed two absences because our concerts in April and we’re already in February. Well, I did pick up the Indian at Royal Indian and it was pretty good. We chowed down and watched a law and order and then watched Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert. They were pretty funny at that’s for sure. It’s good to have a laugh in these times when we have an administration in Washington destroying all the norms and people not doing squat about it. people are no better.
