Monday, February 9: Mom Passed Away

Well, this morning after I got to Mike’s, I found out that my mother had passed away this morning. David called me. So he’s making arrangements with the funeral Director, who is a friend of us which is a goodthing so it won’t get ripped off in this time of morning. Period. It’s definitely a shock but considering how she looked yesterday it’snot a complete shock. I’m glad I was able to head out there, even though it was cold as fuck. Tony’s with Mike right now and Mike has the keys to let that next person in. Mayor 
called back and said she was going to meet me at the café so that sounded like a nice idea and I so jumped on it. Yeah it’s cold as fuck out here. I’m tired of it. I’m so glad I’m going to Florida soon. Yeah, our trip to Florida is on the 18th and I had to reschedule my consult to next Monday at 11 AM. Trip to 
Florida might have to be altered, but we’ll see. anyway, I threw in Mike’s laundry and then went off to meet Mary for lunch at the café. The Heart of Catering Café. Anyway, I got there early and I sucked on a large coffee and tried to do some blogging. I had my usual breakfast burrito, which was very tasty. It was. It was nice to get out and hang out with Mary. I felt a lot better afterwards. I think got back to doing errands. For Mike. I got a bunch of stuff at CVS For Mike. I got a whole bunch of stuff. Also got like five cans of poppy delivered by Amazon today so I have a ton of poppy soda. They had a commercial in the Super Bowl was supposed to make y’all fresh and hip for drinking that stuff. Anyway, it’s 3:00 PM. I just threw Mike’s stuff in the dryer 2:21 PM so hopefully it’ll be dry at 3:21 PM that is the ideal.
